Our mission at Tower is to help people open their eyes to this new reality that things cost less, and recreational time is more abundant.
We leverage our websites, Internet marketing expertise, our growing Tower Magazine audience, and our beautiful Southern California brand experience store to continually minimize our customer acquisition costs so we can deliver products to consumers at lower and lower prices.
We also strive to inspire our customers to work less, and enjoy their lives more by championing our "Five Hour Workday" mentality and promoting the beach lifestyle with our aspirational Tower magazine and social media. Yes, you heard that correct, in 2015 Tower moved everyone in the company to a five hour workday for a two year experiment. In 2016, our founder wrote an internationally recognized book called, "The Five Hour Workday," on the experiment. It's a live, ongoing experiment. To this day, we still enjoy a a five hour workday from June 1st to September 30th every year.

Ninety to ninety-five percent of beach lifestyle products are bought thru this expensive, outdated, traditional retail distribution model. This inefficient model forces companies to make sacrifices on materials, quality, and all kinds of crazy things in order to hit target retail price points. By only selling direct to consumers, even at a fraction of the price, we have much more room to invest in materials and innovation, and much more freedom to truly explore the needs of customers.
